In the 1840’s pioneers who were farming a region decided to move closer to the new tracks that the Gulf, Colorado, Santa Fe railroad was laying down nearby. This new community became known as Crowley in honor of the new local railroad official, S.H. Crowley. They established a post office, and then a train depot, and then the town became officially incorporated in 1951. There has been much development since and the real estate market is really starting to heat up. Crowley has 281 new construction home communities available and ready to sell. Homeowners here have enjoyed rather consistent increases in home values since 2012. Whether you are looking to buy or sell in Crowly, Crosstown Engineering would be pleased to provide our engineering report, foundation evaluation, and home inspection services.
